# Earn by Staking SX

## What is Staking?

**Staking** allows you to earn rewards by locking up your tokens to support the security and operations of the blockchain. In return, you receive a share of the network's rewards.

## How to Earn Staking SX (WSX) Token

1. **Swap for WSX** (Wrapped SX) on the [**Swap**](https://sx.bet/wallet/swap) page.
2. Go to the [**Staking**](https://sx.bet/staking) page.
3. Choose a **validator** and enter the amount of WSX you'd like to stake.

4. Click **Approve** to confirm the transaction, then click **Delegate** to stake your WSX with the chosen validator.

5. **Claim your rewards.** You can also choose to compound your rewards by re-staking your WSX.
